Rahmyn Kress, Chief Executive Officer & President

Rahmyn joined Accenture as a Partner in January 2011. Formerly, Rahmyn was the Senior Vice President of Physical and Digital Supply Chain for the largest music major, Universal Music Group. During his time there, he led several new business and product launches, numerous systems integration programs, business process development, business process outsourcing, strategic planning outsourcing and business transformation activities for the company on a global basis.

In his role as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Digiplug, Rahmyn's primary focus is to develop, drive and innovate industrialized digital solutions by building a team of experts and growing a business that is focused on supporting the digital supply  chain needs of the music, film, TV, publishing and other content owner-related industries, by enhancing and delivering a market leading set of robust and scalable digital solutions.

In his 17 years within the media and entertainment industry, Rahmyn has gained significant experience and deep skills in understanding the fast moving requirements of the business, its challenges and opportunities in the convergence from a largely physical business to a digital one and he has demonstrated the ability to execute business transformation and technology integration projects at large scale.

Vincent Cabanel, Chief Operating Officer

Vincent joined Digiplug in October 2007, following its acquisition by Accenture. He is responsible for developing and implementing Digiplug’s strategic operating plan and managing its day to day operating activities.

Prior to joining Digiplug, Vincent was Chief Financial Officer and board member of various successful venture capital-backed companies including In-Fusio, world leader in mobile gaming. During his tenure as Chief Financial Officer, Vincent successfully completed several significant financing rounds and implemented an aggressive external growth strategy.

Before working for In-Fusio, Vincent was also the EMEA Financial Controller for the Vodafone Group.

Vincent brings with him the benefits of over a decade of experience working with mobile leaders such as France Telecom, T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile and Vodafone. Vincent holds a Master of Science degree in finance and a three-year law degree.

Regis Allegre, Chief Technology Officer

Regis initially joined Digiplug in September 2008 as an Accenture Senior Manager in charge of the development track of the main digital supply chain project. He then transitioned to a permanent position, initially as Vice President of Engineering in September 2009, and was then appointed Chief Technology Officer in December 2010.

Regis is responsible for shaping and implementing Digiplug's technology strategy across the company’s platforms, leveraging Digiplug's in-house team of industry and technical experts together with the Accenture global delivery network. In this role, he oversees the various aspects of Digiplug's technical capabilities, covering technical architecture, product design, development, infrastructure and IT.

Prior to joining Digiplug, Regis spent nine years working for Accenture across various industries, developing expertise in large scale custom delivery, technical architecture, rich internet applications and agile methods. His last role was to lead the passenger self-service track delivering internet, kiosk, and mobile check-in applications for a major European airline, delivering quarterly releases for six business critical products.

Stuart Green, Vice President of Sales & Account Management

Joining Digiplug in September 2008 to manage its existing client accounts, Stuart’s role expanded in March 2010 to incorporate business development with new clients. Stuart works closely with colleagues from Accenture’s client account teams.

Prior to joining Digiplug, Stuart spent four years at Blueprint Digital, a London-based digital content fulfillment services company, initially as its Strategy & Business Development Director and then as the company’s Chief Operating Officer and board director. Stuart played an integral role in the company closing external fundraising and selling services to a worldwide recording artist, a major global portal, and large entertainment retailers in the US and Australia. He was later responsible for the overall business administration and operations, including fiscal management and board relations.

Previously, Stuart was a Strategy Consultant in Accenture’s media and entertainment practice in the UK. Working on numerous projects within the music industry, particularly on the emerging digital content sector, Stuart’s clients included a number of the world's major music companies and telecommunications operators.

Stuart has an extensive understanding of the economics of the emerging digital value chain and many of the key strategic issues facing rights holders, retailers, mobile network operators and consumers.

Béatrice Oeuvrard, Legal Director

Joining Digiplug in January 2005 to manage the legal department, Béatrice has successfully supported Digiplug’s growth over the last six years. She focuses on the overall picture of the business to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Béatrice implements appropriate risk management measures and compliance programs.

In this role, she handles policies and procedures for the company. As a trusted advisor she also manages Digiplug’s transactions and corporate matters in collaboration with the leadership of Accenture’s legal department.

Prior to joining Digiplug, Béatrice was legal advisor for a major French carrier company, SFR, working on numerous projects on the issue of intellectual property, particularly on trademarks and content distribution agreements. Before that, she also worked for Canal Plus, a French television channel, to handle transactions related to advertising.

Béatrice is a law school graduate in commercial/business law from College of Poitiers and has a Master of Science degree in intellectual property.

Claire Bonnefon, HR Director

Claire joined Digiplug in September 2008. As HR Director, she contributes to the definition of the strategy and is responsible for implementing and managing HR processes and tools to support the growth of Digiplug’s business. Claire works closely with Accenture HR teams in order to share the company’s best practices, including performance management, talent management and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Digiplug, Claire spent nine years within two major French industrial players, Thales and Renault. There she held several HR lead positions in France and in the UK where she successfully supported organizational changes and international developments of these companies.

Claire holds a degree in political studies and a Master of Science degree in human resources management.
